very true.
but i mean, what can one expect when surrounded by a 5 foot pile of barbri books?
plus, (thanks to your advice! and others...), I've realized that this test is about confidence so i'm all about the "improvement" scale.
bring on the wrong answers now so that I can learn from my mistakes, right?
